Credit the artist: Always credit the artist, even if you are the owner of the commission. Do not claim the work as your own or someone else’s.

Artist's rights: The artist reserves the right to publish the commission on their portfolio and social media. If you wish to keep the work private, there will be a 0.5x fee of the full price for this option.

Commercial work confidentiality: If the work is for commercial use, you can notify the artist if you wish to keep it confidential.

Character design ownership: Character design commissions cannot be resold or given away. Model commissions are reserved for the original artist only.

Additional parts: New parts such as clothing, hairstyles, or any elements requiring rigging are reserved for the original artist only.

AI and teaching use: It is not permitted to use the work for AI training or as teaching examples for drawing.

Payment and work files: No work files will be provided before payment is completed.

Artist's cancellation rights: The artist reserves the right to cancel the commission at any time.

Customer cancellations: Customers can cancel a commission and receive a refund only if the artist does not update the progress for more than 1 month.

Commission queue cancellation: If payment is not made according to the agreement within 3 days after submitting the brief, the commission queue will be canceled.

Brief changes: The brief can only be changed if the artist has not started drawing yet.

ส่วนเสริมอื่นๆที่ต้องการเพิ่มภายหลัง เช่น เสื้อผ้า ทรงผม ที่ใช้ในการริก สงวนให้นักวาดต้นฉบับเท่านั้น

ไม่อนุญาตให้นำผลงานไปใช้เกี่ยวข้องกับการเทรน AI และตัวอย่างการสอนวาด

จะดำเนินงานเมื่อชำระมัดจำ50%ของยอดหรือเต็มจำนวนแล้วเท่านั้น

นักวาดมีสิทธิ์ยกเลิกงานทุกกรณี เมื่อไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไข

ลูกค้าสามารถยกเลิกและขอเงินคืนได้ ต่อเมื่อนักวาดไม่อัพเดทความคืบหน้าเกิน 1 เดือน

ถ้าไม่ชำระเงินตามข้อตกลงภายใน 3 วันหลังตกลงบรีฟ จะยกเลิกคิวคอมมิชชัน

สามารถเปลี่ยนบรีฟได้กรณียังไม่เริ่มวาดเท่านั้น

Book a slot via the link: Google form by filling out your account name on X (including @), specifying the type of work you want to commission, and providing your email for contact.

Once the form is completed, the artist will confirm your slot via DM on X.

The status will be updated and can be checked at Queue Update.

Submit your brief via email to [email protected] (please send the brief within 3 days after the artist confirms your slot).

Work updates will only be provided via email!
